SHILOH 2014: THE
REAL DEAL
“If you give Shiloh, who is both a person and place (Gen.49:10) all the
preparations it takes, you will surely get all He has in store for you.”
Worshippers at the Living Faith Church Worldwide,
craving divine visitations at Shiloh have cause to rejoice as the 2014 edition
meets the church prepared, nay, sanctified!
For the first time in a long while, the subject of
sanctification, one of the twelve pillars guiding the commission, preceded the
16th Shiloh christened “HEAVEN ON EARTH” in a unique way with a
theme ‘Godliness is profitable unto all things.’ (1Tim.4:8)
However, the Bible is very clear on who qualifies
for a heavenly attention: “He that
walketh rightly and worketh righteousness and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He that backbites not with his tongue, nor
doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.”
(Ps 15:2-3; 24:3-5; Ex.19:10-11).
A saint who subscribes to working in righteousness
as a lifestyle is sure to naturally operate in the supernatural. According to
the apostle of faith, Bishop David Oyedepo, once saved is not always saved
because only he that endures to the end shall be saved.
Without sanctification no one will see God. The eyes
of the Lord cannot behold iniquity and His blessings are only upon the head of
the justified (Pro 10:6, Ps1:1). Having been taught on all fronts and the sin
question exposed in November, each one is fully responsible before God.
God revealed to the presiding Bishop the pattern and
purpose for acquiring the 530 acres of land at Ota, Canaanland. The Bible book
of Gen.49:10, Josh.18:1; 1Sam.1:1-27 and 1Sam.3:21 were the scriptural bases
that informed the change of the commission’s annual gathering from “Victory
Celebration” whose maiden edition held in September 1999, when Faith Tabernacle
was dedicated, to “Shiloh” through the first ‘HEAVEN ON EARTH’ theme in year
2000 till date with Jesus manifesting His Messianic ministry.
Once every year, members of the Winners’ family across
the world gather at Faith Tabernacle or join through satellite with expectations
from their God and return home totally fulfilled.
If you give Shiloh, who is both a person and place (Gen.49:10)
all the preparations it takes, you will surely get all He has in store for you this
time around, even as you remain holy.
