WINNERS CHAPEL SET TO BREAK OWN RECORD: BEGINS CONSTRUCTION OF 100,000-SEATER CAPACITY AUDITORIUM
The new church auditorium whose construction is to start in earnest
has been christened FAITH THEARTRE. Making the disclosure at the Covenant Hour
of Prayer on Wednesday 2nd December 2015, Bishop David Oyedepo said that Jesus,
the Ultimate Surgeon only performs Wonders in HIS theatre.
Citing the testimonies of a Pastor who had an iron implant
supernaturally removed from his elbow which lasted 8 years and a Deacon who had
the same experience in his leg after a 10-year ordeal in June and August respectively,
Bishop Oyedepo noted that such acts of God among others, validated the presence
of the “Wonder-Double” God among us.
The Apostle of Faith also stated that the world renowned 50,000-seater
auditorium – Faith Tabernacle, currently the largest auditorium would now
become an overflow facility in the Living Faith Church Worldwide.
In the month of October 2015, the 61-year-old had disclosed
that the commission would soon be embarking on a construction project that
would surpass the previous record as captured by the Guinness book of records.
“The Lord has approved the construction of a hundred thousand capacity
church fully air-conditioned,” said Papa as he is fondly called.
According to him, the new auditorium will be built like a
stadium to accommodate the ever increasing population of the Winners’ family
which has since grown to over 400,000 members as of October 2015.
