PROCESSING OUR SHILOH SACRIFICE

Shiloh, the annual convocation of the Winners' family worldwide is a prophetic annual appointment with God ordained for both the dominion of the church and the individual members of the Winners' family. This holy convocation was flagged off by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost from the book of Joshua 18:1 which states:" And the whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled together at Shiloh, and set up the tabernacle of the congregation there. And the land was subdued before them."

It is also written: " And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD" -1Sam.3:21

From the above scriptures, it is clear that Shiloh is a platform for encounter with the word, which empowers us to possess our possessions - Josh. 18:3/ 1Sam. 1:13-19

However, apart from encounters with the word and answers to prayers, there are two other avenues we encounter God at Shiloh, namely; the altar of sacrifice and the altar of vows.

As it is written, "And the man Elkanah, and all his house, went up to offer unto the LORD the yearly sacrifice, and his vow." - 1Sam. 1:21.

This is why it has been our custom to engage an altar of sacrifice as part of our yearly spiritual worship at Shiloh.

However, where material sacrifices are involved such as landed properties, vehicles, machines & equipment including household wares such as furniture, freezers, electronic gadgets, trinkets, etching., individuals concerned shall be required to dispose those items and present the proceeds on the altar of sacrifice before the LORD for their  desired turnarounds.

This position is in line with scriptures, as it is written; " And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from three, which the  Lord they God shall choose to set his name there, when the Lord they God hath blessed thee: Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord they God shall choose" - Deut. 14:24-25.

This truth is revalidated in the early church, as the bible records, "And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. Neither was there any among them that lacked: for  as many as were possessors of lands  or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need" - Acts 4:33-35.We believe that this new light will also enhance the value of our material sacrifices as they will be disposed by individuals and not built up into heaps, where they end up being disposed at give-away prices.
