What Are You Carrying?

Many a Pentecostal pastor today is daily criticized for ‘distorting’ the prosperity message. Others mock them as using the prosperity message to enrich themselves. But sadly, there's yet another school of thought who vehemently believe that abject poverty is ordained for them, no matter what. As far as they are concerned, some people are ordained to be beggars; and they see poverty as their own "cross". It was this group that Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church worldwide was referring to last Sunday when he urged the worshipers at the 50,000-seater capacity auditorium to avoid what he called "anti-covenant mentality."

1. Good News! The 33^rd Anniversary of the Liberation Mandate comes up this week. The following schedule of activities are geared to celebrate the faithfulness of God in this great commission since inception till date:

i.    Praise & Testimony Night comes up Wednesday 30^th April, 2014. We shall all be gathered at our Zonal fellowship centres to thank and praise God and testify of His goodness among the saints. ii        Liberation Raid: Thursday May 1^st 2014 is observed as Labour Day in most nations and being a public holiday; we shall be embarking on our soul winning project for the month of May 2014 tagged Project 2223 which focuses on pulling the lost out of fire (Jude1:22-23).

The Winners’ family on Sunday 20^th April 2014 joined other Christian faithfuls around the world to mark the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Dr David Oyedepo, the presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide delivered the sermon titled “Walking in the realms of the miraculous by engaging the power of HIS resurrection during the Easter celebrations which took place at Faith Tabernacle, Headquarters of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Canaan Land-Ota

Bishop Oyedepo who will soon be marking 33 years in ministry enjoined worshipers to expect definite divine visitations in the next forty days as they ponder on Jesus’ appearance to His disciples in Acts 1 verse 3”,saying Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Faith Tabernacle Announcements

                                  

1.     All WSF ministers/operators at all levels are expected to attend a seminar on Monday 21^st April 2014.Venue: Faith Tabernacle, Time: 07:00 am.

2.     The ongoing Easter youth alive convention is a huge success. The convention comes to a close Monday 21st April 2014 with an impartation service at 7am.

                   

3.      Activities marking the 33rd Anniversary of the Liberation Mandate kicks off on April 30^th 2014 at 6pm. May 1^st 2014 there shall be special liberation zonal outreach.May2nd there shall be the Liberation night. Time is 10pm - 5am. On Sunday the 4th shall be the Liberation thanksgiving service.

1. Next Sunday is Easter Sunday!!!

2. The zonal outreach of April 12th 2014 was a huge success about 7000 souls gave their lives to Christ and 144 new WSF centres were opened.

3. Sunday 28th April 2014 is our Operation Andrew Sunday. At least one soul must come with us to church.

4. Easter Youth Alive convention Tagged NEW GENERATION holds this April from 17th - 21st. There shall be no camping and there shall be live broadcast from the church.

5. PROJECT 2022: The by all means soul winning operation of the month is still on going. We are expected to win 2 souls for Christ this month.

Members of the Winners family have been admonished to be conscious of angelic protection as they joined other Christians around the world to mark Palm Sunday.

The advice was handed down by Bishop David Oyedepo, Founder and President of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel International at Faith Tabernacle-Canaan land, Ota on Sunday 13th April 2014.

In a sermon series titled ‘walking in the realm of the miraculous’, Bishop Oyedepo specifically veered into engaging the ministry and power of angels in steering the miraculous on a day Jesus Christ made His triumphant entry to Jerusalem.
